Job Description:
Job Brief:
New Business Development and Projects:
Identify, qualify, and pursue sales opportunities for new EOT cranes in key industrial sectors like Automotive, Ancillaries, Power, General Engineering, Aerospace, Heavy Fabrication etc
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Consulting Engineers, EPC Contractors, Project Management Teams, and End User Procurement/ Technical Heads
Monitor upcoming industrial projects through tender portals, industry networks, and market intelligence to build a robust project pipeline.
Technical solution Design & Proposal Development:
Conduct detailed site surveys to understand client material handling requirements, space constraints, and process flow.
Collaborate with Engineering team to design and recommend optimal crane solutions (e.g., Double Girder, Single Girder, Gantry Cranes, Under-Slung Cranes, Specialized cranes).
Prepare and submit comprehensive technical- commercial proposals, including specifications, layouts, Compliance documents, and Commercial terms.
Market Intelligence and Stragey”
Analyze competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and market trends.
Provide feedback to the product management and engineering teams on market needs and product development opportunities.
Represent the company at industry exhibitions, seminars, and technical conferences.
Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:
Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing & renewing orders, completing sales, & arranging deliveries.
Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company's products & services to customers & Discussing equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers.
Should provide a concise description of the products and services to the customers and also drawing attention to the benefits of the available services.
Develop new market, generates new leads in Market.
Carry out price negotiations with the customers on behalf of the organization to reach a favourable agreement for both parties.
Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
You will be an important face of the brand to our customers and you will develop and maintain good customer relationships in the local market.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Education and/Work Experience Requirements:
BE Mechanical/Instrumentation/Electrical, MBA Marketing
Up to 4 years of sales and marketing experience in Industrial Cranes, Overheads & EOT crane or Material Handling Equipment.
Strong Previous experience in Service & Breakdown management of overhead Crane, EOT Crane & Material Handling Equipment.
Good Knowledge of Industrial Cranes, Overhead Cranes, EOT Crane or JIB crane, Goliath crane
B2B Business experience must
Other Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills, Quick Learner and Proactive.
Strong Understanding of EOT crane components (Brakes, gearboxes, motors, wheels, wire ropes, controls) and maintenance.
Should be competitive & Confident
Leadership skills will be an advantage
Critical Thinker and problem-solving attitude, Team player and good management skills
Must have Driving License & Willingness to travel
