- Schedule client appointments and coordinate meetings for the sales team
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and offers to clients
- Follow up with customers for order confirmation and payments
- Coordinate internally for order processing and execution
- Maintain client records and ensure timely communication
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Email communication
