📝 Handle lead generation, enquiries, proposals, negotiations, and order closures.
💡 Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical & commercial solutions.
📊 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
🏭 Coordinate with design, production, projects, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth execution.
🎯 Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales & collection targets.
📋 Maintain CRM/MIS records, sales pipelines, and performance reports.
🌐 Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.
👨‍💼 Guide and support junior sales team members.
💰 Ensure timely payment follow-ups and collections from customers.
